Accounts & Subscriptions
Registration, subscription imports, device changes, and plan updates.
Do I need an email address to register for VPNKF?
No. VPNKF does not require an email address; you can register with a username and password. Store your credentials in a trusted password manager and avoid reusing them across services. After registration, manage your plan, subscription, and support tickets from the user panel.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I sync updates to my client?
Sign in to the user panel, copy the current subscription from the subscription or client-download area, then add it through the client's import function. When the route list changes, update the subscription on the existing profile instead of repeatedly creating duplicate configurations. If the client still shows old content, delete the outdated local profile and import it again. Your subscription URL is an account credential—do not share it publicly.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
No. VPNKF supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices. When changing computers or using another supported platform, sign in to the same account and retrieve the subscription again. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. If you no longer use the old device, delete the subscription from its client to reduce the risk of configuration exposure.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated for a monthly subscription?
For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status, and target data tier in the user panel, then submit the change. You usually do not need to reinstall the client; after the change, update the subscription once so the local route configuration matches your current account status.
Connections & Troubleshooting
A step-by-step check from subscription status and system routing to individual apps.
What should I check first when the client cannot connect?
First confirm that the subscription in your account is still active. Then update the subscription in the client and try another route. Disconnect and reconnect, check that the system time is accurate, and verify that the current network can access local websites normally. If connection fails across multiple networks, note the platform, client message, and selected route, then submit the details through the support-ticket area of the user panel.
Why is only one app not using the proxy?
A common cause is that the client is in rule mode and requests from that app do not match the current rules. The app may also use separate network settings or retain an old connection. Fully quit the app, update the subscription, reconnect, and use global mode as a temporary comparison. If global mode works, review domain matching in the rule settings instead of repeatedly reinstalling the client.
What should I do when it says connected but websites will not open?
A connected status only means the client has taken over local traffic; it does not confirm that the target request completed successfully. Disconnect first and confirm that the original network works. Reconnect using another route and clear the failed page's browser cache. If no websites load, check system proxy permissions, the client's runtime permissions, and whether another network tool has changed the DNS settings.
How can I stop frequent disconnects when iOS or Android runs in the background?
Check whether the system restricts the client's background activity or whether battery-saving settings pause networking after the screen locks. Confirm that the client still has permission to establish system connections, then update the subscription and test another route. If the issue occurs only on a specific network, compare it with another network. If disconnects recur everywhere, keep the error message and submit the platform and reproduction steps through a support ticket.
Speed & Routes
Choose routes based on interactive latency, sustained throughput, and the destination service.
What can I do if loading slows down or playback buffers during peak hours?
Pause large-file syncing, system updates, and other bandwidth-heavy tasks, then test different routes in the same region. Do not judge a route by its name alone: your experience also depends on the local carrier, wireless signal, destination service, and time of day. If relay or direct connections fluctuate noticeably, try an IEPL route first, then update the subscription in the client and reconnect.
Does lower latency always mean faster download speeds?
Not necessarily. Latency mainly reflects the round-trip time for a request, while download speed also depends on local access, cross-border links, destination-server limits, and route congestion. Web interaction and remote operations benefit more from low latency; large-file transfers depend more on sustained throughput. Test routes continuously for your actual use case rather than judging an entire route from a single latency result.
How should I troubleshoot when a streaming page opens but the content will not play?
First confirm that the account region matches the exit region of the selected route. Then fully close the streaming app or browser page and reopen it. After updating the subscription, choose a route marked as supporting the relevant streaming service, and avoid changing regions repeatedly during playback. If the homepage loads but playback fails, clear the site cache and sign out and back in to rule out an old-region session.
What should I do if my login status keeps changing while using AI tools?
AI services typically evaluate requests using the exit region, session cache, and account status. For everyday use, keep the same region and a relatively stable route, rather than switching between multiple exits in a short period. If you get stuck in a login loop, keep one route fixed, close old pages, clear the relevant site cache, and sign in again. For upload failures, also check the local file and the stability of the current network.
Billing & Refunds
Plan pricing, data cycles, payment methods, and refund requests.
What monthly subscriptions and data packages does VPNKF offer?
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use, while data packages work well when usage varies. Choose based on your usage cycle and data habits.
When does monthly subscription data reset?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, rather than on the first day of the calendar month. Use the billing cycle shown in the user panel when checking your data. Data packages follow different rules: they remain valid until used and never expire. If you manage both product types, verify the active item in the panel first so you do not confuse the monthly reset with your data-package balance.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNKF supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before placing an order, verify the plan name, data allowance, and amount due, then select an available payment method. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order and subscription status. If the status has not synced, do not submit the same order repeatedly; refresh the order record first, then provide the order details through a support ticket.
How do I request a refund?
VPNKF offers 7-day refunds without requiring a reason. To request one, open the support-ticket area in the user panel, describe the request, and include the relevant order details so the purchase can be verified. Do not delete order records from your account or publicly share your subscription URL or password before submitting. Eligibility and processing are subject to the Terms of Use and order status.
